Background

The flight suspensions come in response to escalating hostilities between India and Pakistan. Following New Delhi’s launch of Operation Sindoor on May 7, Pakistan announced a military response just days later. As of now, Pakistan’s civil aviation authority has confirmed that the country’s airspace will remain closed for at least 24 more hours. UAE Airlines

Travelers with plans to fly to or from Pakistan are advised to stay informed and coordinate directly with their airlines for alternative arrangements.
