CozmoX: UAE Firms Save Big as AI Employees

Introduction Of CozmoX

Just five months after launching, UAE-based AI startup CozmoX is making waves in the business world — and shaking up how companies think about staffing. According to the company’s co-founders, a single AI employee can now handle the workload of up to 100 people, helping organizations save tens of thousands of dollars every month.

CozmoX

CozmoX has already partnered with over 50 companies in the UAE, spanning industries from healthcare and logistics to finance and F&B. With headquarters in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, San Francisco, and Pune, and plans to expand to London, the company is quickly establishing itself as a global player in AI-driven workforce solutions.

“In less than a day, using 10 years of company data, we can create an AI employee capable of doing the work of 100 people,” says Nuha Hashem, co-founder of CozmoX. “Tasks like making 10,000 calls a day, which would require a sizable human team, can now be handled by a single AI agent.”

These AI-powered employees aren’t just automating repetitive tasks — they’re performing real-time customer support, sales outreach, debt collection, audits, and even invoice management. And they’re doing it efficiently, with the ability to switch seamlessly between 80 languages, hold natural conversations, and complete transactions from start to finish.

“Some of the world’s largest drive-thrus are using AI agents to handle full customer interactions,” adds Alok Kumar, CozmoX co-founder. “They answer questions, retrieve policy documents from databases, send emails, and share payment links — all without any human intervention.”

AI at Work: Enhancing, Not Replacing

Naturally, the rise of AI in the workplace sparks concerns about job losses. But Kumar and Hashem insist that CozmoX’s technology is augmenting human roles, not replacing them.

“Nobody lost their job because of our solutions,” says Kumar. “In fact, employees are telling us that they’re more productive now because they’ve been freed from tedious, manual tasks.”

Hashem echoes that sentiment: “This is a partnership between humans and AI. The AI agents are run and managed by people — they’re not replacing human workers, but empowering them to focus on meaningful, high-impact work.”

The Bottom Line: Serious Savings

The financial benefits for companies are undeniable. CozmoX reports that some hospitals and clinics are saving over $30,000 per month, while large public sector entities have slashed costs by more than $100,000 monthly thanks to AI-driven efficiency.

“These are tasks that would normally take thousands of work hours and cost millions in staffing,” says Kumar. “We’re helping both tech and non-tech companies build their own AI workforce to get that work done in minutes — with just one digital employee.”

As AI becomes more capable and accessible, CozmoX believes AI agents will soon become the norm across both public and private sectors, fundamentally reshaping how work gets done.
